The trade

Cameras, access, alarms, and guards on one account.

Commercial security has been split across too many vendors for too long. The company that installed your camera system does not service it. The alarm monitoring company is separate from the alarm installer. The guard service is a third company that does not talk to either.

Servbon runs cameras, access control, alarms, and staffed security under one account. The team that installs the system is the team that services it. When an alarm dispatches or a guard is needed, the same account handles it.

Everything is licensed appropriately for the work: state alarm installer licenses, low-voltage electrical where required, and state guard licenses for staffed security. No unlicensed work sold as licensed work.

When people call us

Real tickets we see most weeks.

Six real ticket types we see most weeks. Same dispatch process for all of them.

01

Existing camera system is half-broken, need service and possibly full upgrade.

02

Retailer needs footage for an incident and cannot access the system.

03

New location needs access control installed before opening.

04

Overnight break-in, alarm went off but nobody responded fast enough.

05

Insurance is requiring cameras and access control for coverage renewal.

06

Need temporary security staffing for a two-week gap in coverage.

Emergency response

Alarm dispatch and emergency staffing.

Security emergencies do not schedule themselves. Alarm activation, camera system failure, break-in response, and staffing gaps all happen at inconvenient times. Servbon dispatches 24/7 for alarms, sends emergency temporary staffing when a guard callout happens, and services camera or access failures on the same emergency ticket.

  • 24/7 alarm monitoring and dispatch
  • Emergency temporary security staffing available
  • Same-day service for camera and access control failures
Compliance & documentation

Licensed, insured, and jurisdiction-aware.

Commercial security has more jurisdictional variance than most trades. Security officer licensing varies by state. Camera privacy laws vary by state (recording audio, monitoring bathrooms, notice requirements). Alarm systems have local permit requirements. Getting any of it wrong is a liability.

Servbon holds the licenses required in every state we operate. Camera installations follow state privacy laws for audio and monitoring. Alarm systems are permitted where required. Staffed security officers hold current state licenses and carry documentation on shift.

State security officer licensing in every state we operate

State-specific camera privacy compliance (audio, restrooms, notice)

Local alarm permits pulled where required

Full commercial insurance and errors-and-omissions coverage

Why Servbon for this trade

What our security operation brings.

01

One team installs and services

The company that puts in your camera or access system is the company that services it. No handoffs where the installer blames the service company or vice versa.

02

Licensed guards, not general staffing

Staffed security officers hold current state guard licenses. Not contract labor rebranded as security.

03

Alarm monitoring in-house

Alarm dispatch is a Servbon service, not a subcontract. When an alarm fires, response coordination lives on your account, not a third party.

04

Systems that work with what you have

For existing camera systems from other installers, we service what is there rather than push you into a full replacement you may not need.

Our approach

How a security engagement moves through Servbon.

Every ticket follows the same four steps. Same dispatcher, same account, same closeout format.

Step 01

Security walk

We walk the property with you, understand the current gaps, existing equipment, and what corporate or insurance requires.

Step 02

System design

Written proposal covering equipment, monitoring, and (if applicable) staffing. Options at different levels rather than one take-it-or-leave-it quote.

Step 03

Installation

Licensed installers handle the physical work. Permits pulled where required, integration with existing systems handled during install.

Step 04

Ongoing service

Regular equipment health checks, monitoring dispatch, and 24/7 emergency response on the same account. One number for everything security.

Common questions

Questions we hear about security services.

Do you install cameras AND provide guards, or just one?

Both. Cameras, access control, alarms, and staffed security all live under one account. Most operators start with one and add others as needed.

How fast is alarm response?

Alarm dispatch happens immediately on activation. On-site response times depend on your service area — metro hubs get faster response than rural sites.

Can you service my existing camera or alarm system?

Yes. We service equipment from most major manufacturers regardless of who originally installed it. Full replacement is only recommended when the existing system cannot be reasonably serviced.

Are your security officers licensed?

Yes. Every staffed guard holds the current state license required. Documentation is available on request and carried on shift.

Does your insurance meet what my carrier requires?

Standard commercial liability and errors-and-omissions coverage. Certificates of insurance available on request in the format your carrier requires.

Can you handle multi-location security under one account?

Yes. Multi-site operators get a dedicated account manager and consolidated reporting across all locations.
